L F29 March 2024Ken’s is amazing. They are fast, professional, knowledgeable, incredibly cost efficient, excellent with communication, and (most importantly) you can trust them. When our 100 year old, 600lbs. boiler stopped turning on, we started the process of getting estimates to replace it. Adam from Ken’s came by and he was the only plumber who even tried to fix it—which he did! Then, sadly, the boiler finally gave out in the middle of this past winter & Ken’s immediately scheduled an emergency steam boiler replacement. Michael, John, and Heather went above and beyond. They didn’t just come in and get the job done, they put genuine and expert care into doing things the right way. I called them after two other companies told me I had a partially collapsed sewer line that needed to be replaced. Ken’s guys came out, snaked my line in an hour and got a sewer cap out of my line that was causing all our issues.
