When our 100 year old, 600lbs. boiler stopped turning on, we started the process of getting estimates to replace it. Adam from Ken’s came by and he was the only plumber who even tried to fix it—which he did! Then, sadly, the boiler finally gave out in the middle of this past winter & Ken’s immediately scheduled an emergency steam boiler replacement. Michael, John, and Heather went above and beyond.
