Free Sewer Auto Service Agreements
This agreement option comes with four sewer maintenance services at a discounted price and with longer guarantees. Depending on what you need, we will contact you every six to 18 months by postcard. Commercial agreements will be contacted by phone. A signed agreement is required to be locked in at an auto service agreement price.
Free Service Reminders on Sewers
Most Popular Service!
Customers are offered the same service as the auto service agreements, except the price is not fixed. If our prices increase during the year, the customers’ prices will also increase. However, customers can use their repeat customer coupons to save on service.
Root-X Treatments/Root Cutting
Customers have the choice of an auto service agreement or a free reminder service. Root-X is a treatment that kills and speeds up the decay of roots in sanitary and storm lines. It also inhibits new growth for up to 12 months and is environmentally safe. It can be used with or without mechanical root cutting. Root cutting is performed with a specialized blade to cut the roots out of your line.
Boiler Maintenance
In September, we will send out a postcard reminder to set up a date in October to have their boilers serviced. If you are interested in boiler maintenance, call us to get on the schedule.

When our 100 year old, 600lbs. boiler stopped turning on, we started the process of getting estimates to replace it.
